WHAT DOES COUNSELLING SUPPORT WITH?

Counselling supports all aspects of life, it can be from the simplest of things such as time management which supports in living with more ease and flow in your day, reducing overwhelm and expectations of how you or your day should be, how you see yourself, your qualities and values more deeply appreciated which can build self-confidence and self-esteem, to family, relationship and work matters that may need more expression, understanding or observation.

BENEFITS OF COUNSELLING

Many people think counselling needs to be when you have nowhere left to turn, it is a space for you to share, unpack, get support with and understand more of your movements and what the driving force is behind them bringing simplicity to all areas of your life.

WHAT TO BRING TO A SESSION

There is never really a need to bring anything specific to a session, a willingness to be open, transparent and honest about what you feel, observe and live are some of the key points that can support you to keep life simple and ever-changing and developing into the true beauty life can be.

HOW OFTEN TO HAVE SESSIONS

Sessions can be as often as you feel you require them to be, with the support of counselling you begin to get a sense yourself of when, and how often you need them.
It is something we can work with as a team to determine if the cycle is complete or if there is still more for you to unfold.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A SESSION

Sessions and what develops in them can vary greatly from having realisations that make major noticeable adjustments in your life to walking out feeling that you may not have had any major epiphanies yet there is a sense in your body that something is not quite the same.
During a counselling session, you are offered the space to see life from another angle, from the new perspective you are able to discern what it is in your life that truly supports or not.

WHAT IS THE COST OF A SESSION

The cost of an initial session is $120 for 1.5 hours, this allows for space to collect all the details required as part of the counselling regulations and guidelines, it also allows space for any additional information that may be required to best support you during the session.

Sessions are available in-person, on Skype, or on the phone.
